Description
Food supplement with 5 magnesium salts, 3 potassium salts.
It is indicated in all magnesium and potassium deficiency states due to poor dietary intake, intense physical activity, increased requirement.
Magnesium can contribute to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium can help regulate the normal functioning of the nervous system and avoid sudden changes in blood pressure.

Ingredients
Sweetener: erythritol; potassium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, flavouring, magnesium gluconate, magnesium L-pidolate, magnesium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate; colouring: beta-carotene; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day after main meals. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir and drink immediately.
You can dissolve the contents of one sachet in a 500 ml bottle and take over the course of 2-3 hours.
