Ingredients
Linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) tit. at 45% in linolenic acid (Omega 3) and 11% in oleic acid (Omega 9), edible gelatin; stabilizer: glycerol; vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 pearls per day to be swallowed with plenty of water.
