Description
Corn and rice pasta specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten, without added additives, made using artisanal methods and slow drying at low temperatures, which guarantees an intense flavour.
Ingredients
Corn flour (90%), rice flour (10%), water.
Gluten-free.
Nutritional characteristics
Directions for use
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water (at least 1.5 litres per 100 g of pasta).
Let it boil, stirring occasionally. We always recommend tasting the pasta to check the cooking time you deem suitable for your taste. Then drain the pasta and season as desired.
Cooking time: 9/10 minutes.
