DescriptionMelatonin food supplement with lavender essential oil and saffron oleolite.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equivalent to 1 soft capsule of Calema night) just before bedtime. Lavender is useful for achieving a state of relaxation.
Ingredients
Soft capsule contents: lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) essential oil tit. 35-45% in linalyl acetate and 25-40% in linalool, sunflower oil, saffron oleolite (fat-soluble extract of Crocus sativus L. stigmas in corn oil); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; melatonin; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Outer casing: vegetable gelatin (modified starch, glycerol, carrageenan); colorants: iron oxide, brilliant blue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 softgel daily, about half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
