Food supplement of Iron sulphate, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid.
can be recommended in all cases of iron and folic acid deficiency due to insufficient dietary intake and/or, more frequently, in cases of increased need linked to particular physiological conditions (rapid growth, adolescence) and/or conditions that reduce absorption or increase losses. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and therefore to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. It intervenes in the process of cell division. Iron also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folic acid contributes to normal haematopoiesis and the synthesis of amino acids.
Ingredients
Capsule contents: Iron sulphate heptahydrate, Protected Vitamin C titration 97.5% (ascorbic acid, coating agent: ethylcellulose), Bulking agent: Dibasic calcium phosphate, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate, Cyanocobalamin titration 0.1% (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, acidifiers: citric acid, trisodium citrate), Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Folic acid. Outer casing (may contain sulphur dioxide): Gelatin, Colouring: Titanium dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day.
