Description
Food supplement of alkalizing minerals (potassium and magnesium citrates), sweetened with stevia. Ideal for managing and preventing some pathologies linked to dehydration, and promoting a state of well-being resulting from a correct water balance in the body. Hydropinotherapy is particularly important in certain subjects subjected to severe dehydration or increased needs: pregnant women, athletes and sportsmen in general, children, the elderly, patients suffering from kidney stones, osteoporosis, dysentery or undergoing treatment with diuretics, laxatives and cortisone. Idrobasic also provides the right amount of potassium and magnesium, for normal energy metabolism and normal muscle and bone function. All this was created using a very low calorie mixture (maximum 25 kcal for each sachet). Idrobasic has an alkaline nature, in fact, being citrate-based, it is also useful to integrate a diet poor in alkaline values (fruit and vegetables) or to compensate for a diet with a high intake of proteins or fats that would determine an excessive acid load for the body.

Maltodextrin, tribasic potassium citrate, tribasic magnesium citrate, flavourings; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides; thickener: xanthan gum; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor. Idrobasic should be taken by diluting the contents of the sachet in 1.5 litres of water to drink during the day. For different indications (prevention of kidney stones) follow the medical prescription.
Warnings
Idrobasic is contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia or hypermagnesemia, or conditions that may predispose to the appearance of such plasma alterations. These conditions include chronic renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. The concomitant intake of Idrobasic and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) may cause hyperkalemia. It is therefore advisable to monitor the progress of kaliemia. No interactions with other drugs are known. Rarely, during treatment, mild gastrointestinal disturbances may develop such as: abdominal heaviness, nausea and occasionally diarrhea.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Validity for intact package : 24 months.
