Ingredients
Cascara sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana - bark) tit. 10% cascaroside, Malva sylvestris (mallow - leaves) E/D:1/4, Rhamnus frangula (frangula - bark of the stem and branches) tit. 7.5% in heterosides - anthracenes, Cassia angustifolia (senna - fruit - leaves) tit. 8% in total sennosides, Curcuma longa tit. 95% in curcumin (turmeric - rhizome), Bifidobacterium bifidum 100 MLD/g, Pimpinella anisum (green anise) tit. 1% anethole (fruit), inositol, methionine, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
We recommend taking 2-3 tablets in the evening before going to bed.
