Description
Safe&Dry Washable Breast Pads. Dry and safe with Medela breast pads, eco-friendly and washable, so you can wear them repeatedly. Features:
- ultra soft and comfortable outer layer, with absorbent inner layer;
- perfect fit and discreet under clothing;
- ultrasonically sealed seams along the edges help keep milk inside;
- the cups can be washed up to 50 times at a temperature between 40°C and 60°C;
- ultra-thin and contoured for a natural, soft feel;
- for regular milk leaks.
Medela washable nursing pads are made from a microporous fabric that allows your skin to breathe. Washing your nursing pads before using them for the first time improves their absorbency; simply pop them in the washing machine at 40-60°C, using your usual detergent, without fabric softener. Make sure your nursing pads are completely dry before wearing them. Then wash them again in the same way after each use.
How to use
To use the breast pads, simply place the opaque side over your breast while nursing and hold it in place with your bra. Any leaking milk will be held in the absorbent center, while the edges of the breast pads are specially sealed to prevent milk from leaking out. Additionally, the washable breast pads contain antimicrobial material to help prevent the growth of bacteria. You can change them as often as you need to feel comfortable, so be sure to keep a supply of freshly washed pads on hand in a clean, dry place.
