Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, flavourings, maltodextrin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetener: sucralose; ferric diphosphate; sweetener: acesulfame K; zinc citrate; colouring: beta carotene; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot or cold water (200 ml).
