Property
For our body, iron is an important mineral: it supports the production of red blood cells and helps fight tiredness.
Barinutrics iron is based on iron bisglycinate, which is a chelate, i.e. a particularly well-absorbed form of iron, which is also very well tolerated by the stomach and intestines.
Barinutrics Iron Iron is present in the form of bivalent iron (Fe++).
It is the only form assimilated by our body.
In the vegetarian diet, iron is present in the form of trivalent iron (Fe+++) and must therefore be converted by the body into bivalent iron.
The process takes place in an acidic environment which surgery makes difficult (the gastric contents are less acidic).
Strawberry flavor.
Ingredients
Isomaltulose*, iron fumarate, flavouring (strawberry), sweetener: xylitol, flavouring (vanilla), bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, colouring: beetroot red, thickener: guar gum, anti-caking agents: stearic acid, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, acidity regulator: citric acid, sweeteners: sucralose, stelvio glycosides.
Without soy and milk proteins.
*Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose
Gluten free.
Lactose free.
