L-glutamine, inulin enriched with oligofructose, calcium bisglycinate, magnesium bisglycinate, flavor, natural citrus flavor; thickener: guar gum; acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, potassium chloride, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), quercetin, L-alanyl-L-glutamine, vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), vitamin A (beta-carotene), zinc bisglycinate, turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa L.), green tea leaf extract [Camellia sinensis (L.) Directions for use
1 sachet daily, to be mixed with water, yogurt, pudding, milk (rice or soy), fruit juices, other beverages (150 ml) or blended with water and a fruit.
