L-glutamine, inulin enriched with oligofructose, calcium bisglycinate, magnesium bisglycinate, flavouring, natural citrus flavouring; thickener: guar gum; acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sodium alpha-lipoic acid, potassium chloride, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, quercetin, L-alanyl-L-glutamine dipeptide, vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), zinc bisglycinate, turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa L.), green tea leaf dry extract [Camellia sinensis (L.) How to use
1 sachet per day, mixed with water, yogurt, pudding, milk (rice or soy), fruit juices, other drinks (150 ml) or blended with water and a fruit.
