From the experience consolidated over the decades by Molino di Ferro in the processing of corn comes the gluten-free pasta "Le Veneziane". The meticulous selection of the best Italian corn, the excellent cooking resistance and the property of retaining the seasoning guarantee a tasty, alternative and gratifying first course.

Corn flour; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.
Gluten free.
Without eggs .
Lactose free.

How to use
Cooking instructions: 100 g pasta, 1 l water, 10 g salt. Salt the boiling water, pour in "Le Veneziane". Stir. Drain leaving a little water.
