Granulox provides the wound with the necessary oxygen through diffusion.
It promotes rapid healing. Thanks to hemoglobin, the active substance, which provides a greater oxygen supply to the wound.
Chronic wounds are generally characterized by insufficient oxygenation of the wound bed tissue, which significantly affects healing processes.
Granulox provides the wound with the necessary oxygen through diffusion. The active substance, hemoglobin, locally supplies oxygen to the wound site.
The increased oxygen supply to the wound site promotes faster healing.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Pressurized container: may burst if heated. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
It should not be used in pregnant women as its use in this condition has not been evaluated.
It should not be used concurrently with topical medications, such as antibiotics, as data on potential interactions with hemoglobin are not available.
Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not use if the patient and/or operator has a known hypersensitivity to the product's materials/components. It is proven that certain antiseptics compromise the effectiveness of Granulox. Therefore, after applying an antiseptic, the wound area must be thoroughly rinsed with a physiological solution.
Do not use with occlusive plastic films and hydrocolloids.
No side effects of Granulox have been reported; if symptoms worsen or side effects appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Storage
Must be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2 °C and 8 °C.
Shelf life unopened: 48 months.
