Description
Daily periocular treatment for children and adults, also for hot or cold compresses.
Indicated for the topical treatment of eyelids and eyelashes, both in adults and children, even in the presence of secretions resulting from allergic, inflammatory and/or infectious phenomena, such as blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, chalazion and stye. Its use is also particularly valid in the pre- and/or post-operative phase of ophthalmic surgery.
All the components of AFOMILL OPHTHALMIC WIPES are useful for obtaining an optimal treatment in full respect of the particular physiology of the periocular area, particularly delicate and sensitive. The product is able to perform an accurate treatment by mechanically removing secretions, any foreign bodies, dust, etc.
How to use
After having thoroughly cleaned your hands, open the sachet and remove the gauze. Apply the gauze to the eyelid area, gently rubbing it so as to allow adequate treatment for the removal of ocular secretions and any other deposits (smog, dust, powders, etc.). In the event of particularly persistent secretions or occlusion of the tear canaliculus, it is advisable to heat the closed sachet for a few minutes in warm water (about 40 °C) and then use the gauze as a hot compress, massaging the area delicately. In the event of inflammation, however, it is advisable to cool the closed sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours and then apply the open gauze to the eye, keeping it in place for a few minutes as a cold compress.
Components
100% cotton gauze soaked in 2.8 ml of the following solution: aqua, sodium hyaluronate, Euphrasia officinalis extract, Chamomilla recutita extract, ammonium glycyrrhizate, propylene glycol, phenethyl alcohol, sodium chloride, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-40 castor oil, polysorbate 20, sodium cocoyl wheat amino acids, aroma, sodium bicarbonate, ethylhexylglycerin.
Warnings
The sterility of the product is guaranteed only if the bag is intact. The gauze is disposable, reuse could be a vehicle for infections. Keep out of reach of children. External use. Suspend treatment in case of evident irritation or hypersensitivity to the product. In case of infectious states, do not use the same gauze for both eyes.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
