Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch) root - powder; outer coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule; garcinia [Garcinia cambogia (Gaernt) Desr.] fruit d.e., Ispagul (Plantago ovata Forsk) seed d.e., klamath algae (Aphanizomenon flos aquae) bacteria powder, chitosan (derived from crustaceans), rice starch.

Take 1 capsule half an hour before the two main meals with plenty of water.
