Food supplements can promote reactivation, drainage and self-defense mechanisms that allow the body to re-establish its homeostasis (functional balance) and therefore the state of health and well-being.Maple Campestris
The glycerin macerate of Maple is a remedy that counteracts states of anxiety and anguish, fears, insomnia. Maple is also very effective for soothing skin redness and for the treatment of cold sores.
Crataegus oxyacantha
Hawthorn has a sedative action that is particularly useful in the treatment of anxiety states with cardiocirculatory symptoms: arrhythmias, extrasystoles, tachycardia, hypertension. Tannins and flavonoids, responsible for the important properties of the glycerin macerate of Hawthorn, also act on the central nervous system, reducing states of anxiety and stress, which cause insomnia and irritability.
Lebanon cedar
The Cedar of Lebanon is a tree used since ancient times. It has a tissue conservation action, which we can rightly call anti-aging, which is especially carried out at the skin level. The gemmoderivative of Cedar of Lebanon therefore fights the signs of skin aging (wrinkles, dehydrated skin, etc.); it is also of great importance on all types of dermatitis, including dry eczema and psoriasis. Thanks to its ability to regulate the secretions of the sebaceous and sweat glands, it is able to re-establish the correct parameters of the epidermal hydroacid-lipid film, very important for the defense of the skin from infections and for the elasticity and hydration of the skin.
Ficus carica
In gemmotherapy, Fig is the remedy of excellence for the treatment of psychosomatic pathologies affecting the digestive system. It regulates gastric and intestinal motility and the production of gastric juices; it is therefore a very important remedy for pathologies such as aerophagia, meteorism, gastroesophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, gastritis, irritable colon, constipation, dysentery, etc.
Vaccinium myrtillus
The glycerin macerate of Blackberry is very rich in anthocyanosides (the most important are the glycosides of delphinidin, cyanidin, petunidin and malvidin), substances with well-known circulatory tonic properties. In ECTO.MU we are especially interested in the ability of Blackberry anthocyanosides to increase the regeneration speed of retinal purple, with the effect of improving vision, especially at night. Blackberry is therefore indicated for all ocular pathologies and in particular those concerning the retina. Blackberry also acts excellently at the enteric level, in fact it is called "the velvet of the intestine" for its ability to reduce intestinal swelling and irregular evacuation.
Juglans Regia
Walnut gemmoderivative has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and re-epithelializing properties; it is therefore indicated for all skin diseases such as eczema, acne, mycosis, impetigo, psoriasis, etc. It is also very useful in pathologies concerning the ear.
Oriental Plane Tree
The glycerin macerate of Plantain is of great help in skin syndromes. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory, re-pigmenting and skin draining properties, it is useful in recurrent acne, seborrheic dermatitis and dry dermatitis that are accompanied by skin desquamation (psoriasis, dandruff, etc.).
Thorny Prunus
The glycerin macerate of Blackthorn is a powerful nervous tonic, particularly indicated in cases of convalescence, stress, asthenia. The gemmoderivative of Blackthorn also acts electively on eye spasms due to fatigue.
Tilia tomentosa
The glycerin macerate of Linden acts in a rebalancing way on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis responsible for the stress response: production of adrenaline and noradrenaline, cortisol, etc. with activation of the sympathetic system. It is therefore useful in all pathologies caused by anxiety, fear and stress.
