How to use
It is put on by positioning the heel in correspondence with the hollow and aligning it with the back of the shoe.
Gradual use is recommended: starting from 2 hours a day, gradually extend the usage times until you wear it all day.
Inspect the sole of the foot before and after use to ensure there are no abrasions or rubbing injuries.
It can be washed with soap and water at room temperature.
