Description
L-glutamine food supplement, useful in case of increased need or reduced dietary intake.
L-Glutamine intake is recommended in adults who practice sports:
-one hour before the start of physical activity, together with carbohydrates, to meet the increased needs of these nutrients during training; - or immediately after training, within 30 minutes of finishing the exercise, together with plenty of fluids and possibly other amino acids.

L-Glutamine (Kyowa Quality).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
How to use
we recommend taking 5g (1 level scoop) per day dissolved in approximately 200ml of water or other liquid.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
