Description
Food supplement of melatonin, green tea extracts, magnolia and saffron.
Thanks to the innovative mix of ingredients, including melatonin and green tea and saffron extracts, contained in a multilayer tablet with programmed release in 3 phases, Armonia Relax works at night for a benefit even during the day. Phase 1: releases melatonin to reduce the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg).
Phase 2: Releases green tea extract, which combats physical and mental fatigue.
Phase 3: Releases magnolia extract and saffron extract, which promotes normal mood.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves es; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, glycerol, microcrystalline cellulose; magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder) bark es; stabilizers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, shellac; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas es; colorants: calcium carbonate, copper chlorophyllin; melatonin*.
*Melatonin ingredient with a purity level of no less than 99%.
It does not contain any sources of lactose .

It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening on a full stomach shortly before going to bed, preferably at the same time.
