Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The psyllium ( Plantago ovata ) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
-promote regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft, flowing stools;
-promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
-slow down the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber ( Plantago ovata Forsk. , tegumentum seminis); acidifier: citric acid; flavorings; bulking agent: isomalt; emulsifier: lecithin; sweetener: steviol glycosides; dehydrated strawberry juice, elderberry extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Does not contain sources of lactose .

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or according to the advice of your doctor/pharmacist. Take with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
