Description
Food supplement of plant extracts with Lactium (hydrolyzed milk proteins) GABA, melatonin, zinc, magnesium oxide, niacin and vitamin B6.
NATURALSON contains passionflower which contributes to mental well-being and together with valerian promotes relaxation and sleep, proving useful in case of stress; niacin and vitamin B6 which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function, melatonin which, taken at a daily dose of 1 mg, shortly before going to bed, contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Lactium (hydrolyzed milk proteins), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) es tit. 0.4% in valerenic acids, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., flowering aerial part) es tit. 3.5% in vitexin, GABA; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, nicotinamide (niacin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water, before going to bed.
