Supreme Magnesium Intestinal Regularity, a food supplement with sweetener, is an innovative formulation designed for complete intestinal well-being thanks to 4 actions:

Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate, partially hydrolyzed guar fiber [Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.], psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.) (may contain traces of mustard and sesame and their derivatives), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruit) dry extract titrated at 0.5% in essential oil, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; natural flavoring, spirulina powder [concentrate of Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler, stabilizer: trisodium citrate].
Gluten and lactose free.
Without sugars and allergens.

How to use
Adults: We recommend a dosage of 2 teaspoons per day in a large cup or glass (large enough to contain the initial effervescence) with about 200 ml of water at room temperature. If necessary, you can take a third teaspoon at another time of the day.
It is preferable to use lukewarm water.
It is recommended not to use hot or carbonated water.
We will have to wait for the solution to become transparent.
Mix until the effervescence stops, indicating the ideal time to take it. The formation of gelatinous agglomerates and particles in solution is due to the presence of natural fibers.
Thanks to the presence of plant extracts, the solution will have a light and natural green color.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, it is then possible to increase the dosage to the one best tolerated.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.
