Vitamin C increases iron absorption and contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Thiamine (vitamin B1) and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Water; sweetener: maltitol syrup; red grape juice concentrate (15%), apple juice concentrate (10%), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nettle extract, plantain extract, ferrous gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), flavouring; thickener: xanthan gum; preservative: potassium sorbate.
