Cryo-crushed organic psyllium husk powder (Plantago ovata Forssk.).
100% vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Nutritional characteristics
Instructions for use
From 15 years of age. 1 capsule three times a day with meals with a large glass of water. It is recommended to drink plenty of water during the period of use. Allow at least one hour between taking this product and any other medication or supplement. If no improvement is seen within three days, consult a doctor, as well as in cases of abdominal pain or intestinal or colon diseases.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
