Description
A medical device, a ready-to-drink suspension in single-dose sachets for oral administration.
DiosmectalGo is indicated for:
- the treatment of acute diarrhea in adults and children over 8 years of age. In children, to prevent dehydration, the treatment of acute diarrhea must be accompanied by the administration of oral rehydration solutions;
- the treatment of chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain in adults.
The main component of diosmectalGo is diosmectite.
Diosmectite is a natural clay that helps block and treat diarrhea and relieve abdominal pain.
It has been shown to:
- bind to toxins and germs and help eliminate them from the body;
- protect the intestinal tract and help repair intestinal damage.
Diosmectite provides effective relief and reduces symptoms associated with diarrhea, as demonstrated by clinical studies.

How to use
Ready-to-drink suspension indicated for the treatment of acute diarrhea in adults and children over 8 years of age.
Adults and children over 15 years: 2 sachets to start, followed by 1 sachet after each loose bowel movement, up to 6 sachets per day.
Children (8 to 15 years): 2 sachets to start, followed by 1 sachet after each loose bowel movement, up to 4 sachets per day.
To replenish fluids lost due to diarrhea and to prevent dehydration, an oral rehydration solution (ORS) must be taken.
You can use diosmectalGo for a maximum of 3 days. If diarrhea persists for more than 3 days, consult a doctor.
Treatment of chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain in adults. Up to 3 sachets per day. Without medical advice, diosmectalGo can only be used for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Components
Lemon-mint flavor, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, hydrochloric acid, potassium sorbate, sucralose, purified water.

Warnings
Do not take diosmectalGo:
• if you are allergic to diosmectite or any of the other components;
• if it is for a child under 8 years of age with acute diarrhea;
• if it is for a child with chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain.
Do not try to treat symptoms yourself and consult a doctor quickly if:
• diarrhea is accompanied by high temperature, chills, or repeated vomiting;
• you have signs of dehydration (very thirsty, dry tongue, fatigue and persistent loss of appetite);
• stools contain blood or mucus;
• diarrhea is accompanied by sudden weight loss;
• diarrhea occurs during or after antibiotic treatment;
• you suffer from known immunodeficiencies or are currently undergoing treatment that suppresses the body's immune system (immunosuppressive treatment or cancer treatment);
• if you have recently returned from a trip to a tropical country.
Do not continue to treat your diarrhea and consult your doctor if:
• symptoms do not improve or worsen after the recommended treatment duration;
• diarrhea recurs frequently or you experience alternating attacks of diarrhea and constipation.
In children, diosmectalGo must be used in conjunction with an oral rehydration solution (ORS) to replenish fluids lost due to diarrhea and to prevent dehydration.
