Description
Food supplement combining soy extract, hop extract, fenugreek, saffron, melatonin, and vitamins (folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamins B6 and B12), useful for providing an integrative quota of its constituent nutrients, in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need.

Ingredients
Fenugreek dry extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L., semen), soybean seed dry extract [Glycine max. (L.) Merr]; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate (E341), microcrystalline cellulose (E460); hop flowers dry extract (Humulus lupulus L.); anti-caking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E468); stabilizer: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (E1202); saffron stigmas dry extract (Crocus sativus L.); coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464); stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone (E1201); anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid (E570), silicon dioxide (E551); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); color: calcium carbonate (E170); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); melatonin; anti-caking agent: polyethylene glycol (E1521), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid); colors: carmine, indigotine.

Directions for use
One tablet daily, with a glass of water, half an hour or an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The daily intake of isoflavones should not exceed 80 mg.

Keep the product out of reach of children under three years of age.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
