INNOLIVING FFP2 NR D MASK
Description
FFP2 NR D mask.
The mask is entirely made of hypoallergenic and latex-free material.
Materials: (5 layers):
1. Outer layer: PP Spunbond (non-woven fabric).
2. First intermediate layer: adhesive-free cotton.
3. Second intermediate layer: Meltblown (non-woven fabric).
4. Third intermediate layer: Meltblown (non-woven fabric).
5. Inner layer: PP Spunbond (non-woven fabric).
Filtration efficiency: 94%.
Elastics: 25% elastane 75% polyester; latex free and ultrasonically welded.
Black color.
Tested for protection against dolomite dust.
Instructions for use
1. Open the mask and pull the ear elastics outward on both ends.
2. Position the mask on the face with the adjustable metal clip facing up.
3. Pull the ear elastics and position them behind the ears.
4. Press down on the nose clip with both hands to ensure a snug fit around the nose. The mask is produced exclusively for single use. Do not use the mask more than once.
CHECKS TO BE MADE
1. After wearing the mask, cover it with both hands.
2. Exhale forcefully.
3. If air escapes from the nose, readjust the nose clip.
4. If air escapes from the sides, reattach the elastics behind the neck and behind the head. If the mask does not fit properly to the face, do not enter the hazardous area.
Warnings
If the mask is damaged or soiled, it must be replaced. The mask must be replaced in accordance with work regulations.
In long-term use, when breathing becomes difficult, the mask should be replaced.
Dispose of the used mask carefully by holding it by the elastics.
1. Users must read the instructions for use and ensure they have worn the mask correctly.
2. Failure to follow the instructions and usage limitations and not wearing the mask throughout the exposure period may jeopardize the health of the users.
3. Comply with local regulations and assess usage requirements depending on the field of application or consult a safety expert.
4. The user must be informed about the correct use of the mask in accordance with applicable health and safety standards and guidelines.
5. FFP2 masks do not protect against gases and vapors.
6. The oxygen level in the environment where the mask is used must not be less than 19%.
7. FFP2 masks do not protect against hazardous pollutants/atmospheric concentrations (IDLH).
8. Do not disperse the device in the environment after use. Dispose of in accordance with local waste management laws.
9. Having a beard and facial hair is not recommended as it prevents the necessary seal between the face and the mask.
10. If dizziness occurs or if breathing becomes difficult in the contaminated area, leave the environment immediately.

Storage
Store in a dry and clean place in its original packaging, away from direct sunlight or high temperatures and solvent vapors.
Store in an environment with a temperature between -20°C and +40°C and relative humidity below 80%.
