Monogen 400 G

A nutritionally complete powdered food, low in fat, with a low LCT content and high MCT content, containing whole cow's milk whey protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.
This product is indicated for the dietary management of infants and children suffering from conditions requiring a low LCT intake and a high MCT intake, such as lymphatic system disorders like type 1 hyperlipoproteinemia, fatty acid oxidation defects, intestinal lymphangiectasia, and chylothorax.
Also suitable for post-surgical feeding in short bowel syndrome.
The osmolarity of the product at the recommended dilution is 235 mOsmol/kg.
Useful for growth and gastrointestinal disorders.

Instructions for use
The diet should be supplemented with natural proteins and other nutrients in the quantities prescribed by the physician to meet the required needs.
The recommended dilution is 16.8% by weight (for example, a 5.6 g scoop of product should be dissolved in 30 ml of water).

Warnings
The powdered formula is not sterile, so it is recommended, where possible, to prepare it immediately before administration and consume it within 1 hour.
Shake well before use.
Discard any unused reconstituted product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, use the product within 1 month.
