HMB (calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate), L-arginine, L-leucine; acid: citric acid; L-carnitine tartrate; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; L-asparagine, L-glutamine, L-isoleucine, L-valine; flavorings: orange, lemon; bulking agent: inulin; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); sweetener: sucralose; zinc gluconate, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide); coloring: carotenes; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate); vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), potassium iodide, sodium selenite, D-biotin.

How to use
We recommend taking one 6 g sachet dissolved in 100 ml of water twice a day (12 g total).
