Description
A supplement based on Laxyllium, a complex of plant extracts and fibers, with plum, chicory, and cinnamon. Plum, chicory, boldo, cinnamon, and psyllium are known for their effect on regular intestinal transit. Chicory and cumin also have a beneficial effect on digestive function, while elderberry, chicory, and boldo help drain body fluids. Elderberry and kiwi support the body's natural defenses. Cumin and cinnamon help eliminate intestinal gas. Chicory and psyllium act as prebiotics for the balance of intestinal flora and normal stool volume and consistency.

Laxyllium {psyllium powder (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed coat; e.g. from: plum (Prunus domestica L. fruit), elderberry (Sambucus nigra L. fruit), chicory (Cichorium intybus L. root), prickly pear [Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill. fruit], kiwi (Actinidua chinensis Planch L. fruit), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl. bark, on maltodextrin)}; bulking agent: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
Take 2 tablets daily throughout the day for acute constipation and 1 tablet daily to regulate bowel movements. It is recommended to take the tablets with plenty of water. Drink several times a day.
