Description
A food for special medical purposes, it is a thickener that allows pediatric patients with dysphagia to consume all types of liquids, hot or cold, without difficulty.
The thickening mixture is based on carob bean gum and contains xanthan gum.
This innovative product quickly thickens any type of beverage, preventing lump formation, without clouding it or altering its taste.
Whether it's water, coffee, tea, fruit juices, milk, liquid or semi-liquid foods, just add the indicated amount to obtain an immediate and homogeneous result, suitable for facilitating and ensuring safe swallowing in pediatric patients with dysphagia, reflux, and in all those pathologies where swallowing is difficult.

Instructions for use
The density of the resulting product can be adjusted according to the amount of powder added: one scoop produces a syrup-like consistency, two scoops create a cream, three scoops result in a honey-like consistency, and finally, four scoops produce a pudding-like consistency.
Syrup consistency: 1 scoop (2.5 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid at room temperature (20-22°C).
Cream consistency: 2 scoops (5 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid at room temperature (20-22°C).
Honey consistency: 3 scoops (7.5 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid at room temperature (20-22°C).
Pudding consistency: 5 scoops (12.5 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid at room temperature (20-22°C).
Add the indicated amount of still water (or liquid) for one serving (if using tap water, boil for at least 5 minutes and let cool to room temperature) in a shaker/baby bottle.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Allow to thicken for 5-10 minutes.
Shake once more and serve.
Consume immediately after preparation. Discard any remaining thickened product.

Warnings
Suitable from 6 months of age onwards.
To be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition.
The maximum daily consumption should not exceed 40 scoops.

Storage
Must be stored in a dry place away from heat sources.
Validity after opening: 8 weeks.
