Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.) - whole plant, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis Kuntze); chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), riboflavin (vitamin B2).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
How to use
Adults, 3 tablets per day, taken approximately one hour before bedtime.
