Made up of a mixture of 5 strains of lactic ferments and precisely Lactobacillus paracasei 101/37 LMG P-17504, Lactobacillus plantarum 14D CECT 4528, Bifidobacterium breve Bbr8 LMG P-17501, Bifidobacterium breve BL10 LMG P-17500, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis Bi1 LMG P-17502.
These lactic ferments are able to overcome the gastric barrier, arrive alive and vital in the intestine and colonize it. Lactic ferments are normal non-pathogenic and non-toxic inhabitants of the human gastrointestinal tract and other body districts.

How to use
It is recommended to take one stick per day, preferably away from meals. Open the stick and swallow the contents by pouring it directly into the mouth.
