FACE: 3 drops of oil in hot water for steam baths.
MOUTH HYGIENE: 2-4 drops of oil in half a glass of water for rinsing.
HAIR: 5-6 drops to revitalize hair and fight dandruff.
SKIN: Massage your body with a few drops of oil to make your skin soft and fight stretch marks. Also great after shaving.
FEET: 5 drops to add to the foot bath water.
