Plumcake filled with pistachio cream, gluten-free.
Ingredients
Eggs , sugar, rice starch, pistachio filling 14% [sugar, glucose syrup, water, high oleic sunflower oil, pistachio paste 5% – the percentage of pistachio refers to the filling – skimmed milk powder , natural flavours; thickeners: pectin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, natural colourings (concentrate of: carrot; pumpkin and spirulina), salt], sunflower oil, yogurt (whole milk , lactic ferments), butter , tapioca starch; stabilizer: sorbitol; corn starch, skimmed milk powder ; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickener: guar flour; alcohol; raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate; sodium bicarbonate; sodium pyrophosphate, iodized salt, natural vanilla flavour.
May contain traces of: soy, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins .
