Description
Low-protein bakery product. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic renal failure (nephropathy), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein diet, protein residue less than 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium and phenylalanine. In the case of chronic renal failure, it is recommended to follow a diet with a reduced intake of proteins, potassium and phosphorus; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Water, rice starch, sunflower oil, sugar; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar flour; xanthan gum, yeast, fructose, dried sourdough (rice flour), dextrose, alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, brown rice flour, vegetable fibers (pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, flaxseed), iodized salt, flavorings.

May contain traces of: eggs , soy , nuts , mustard , sesame seeds, lupins .
