Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, vitamin B6, tryptophan, boswellia and melatonin with passionflower, jujube and valerian.
Passionflower and jujube contribute to relaxation and mental well-being.
Boswellia helps to combat localized states of tension.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Magnesium carbonate; bulking agent: cellulose; L-tryptophan, jujube seeds dry extract (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) tit. 2% triterpenic saponins, boswellia gum resin dry extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. Ex Colebr.) tit. 65% boswellic acids, passionflower aerial part with flowers dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L.) tit. 3.5% isovitexin, valerian root dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.42% valerenic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, in the evening just before going to bed, with a large sip of water.
