Description
Corn and rice pasta specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten, without added additives, made with artisanal methods and slow drying at low temperatures, which guarantee an intense flavor.
Ingredients
Corn flour (90%), rice flour (10%), water.
Gluten-free.
Nutritional characteristics
Instructions for use
They are excellent with a hot broth, but you can add a small processed cheese for children and, why not, some fresh shaved truffle for adults.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water (at least 1.5 liters per 100 g of pasta).
Let it boil, stirring occasionally. We always recommend tasting the pasta to check the cooking time that suits your taste. Then drain the pasta and season as desired.
Cooking time: 9-10 minutes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
