They are prepared following a simple and genuine recipe based on extra virgin olive oil and buckwheat flour. Available in 6 practical single portions, they are perfect both for your crunchy breaks full of flavour and to accompany your meals away from home. Without wheat starch, hydrogenated fats and GMOs. Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Starch, potato starch, rice flour, whole buckwheat flour 10%, extra virgin olive oil 9%, fresh eggs, corn flour, pea fiber; thickeners: guar gum, modified tapioca starch; salt, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; sugar, white chia seeds 1%; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; flavorings, brewer's yeast; antioxidant: rosemary extracts. May contain traces of soy and milk.
