Food supplement based on withania, griffonia, hawthorn and lemon balm, with magnesium, zinc, B vitamins and melatonin.
Plant extracts promote physiological relaxation and mental well-being.
B vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Lemon balm contributes to normal mood.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide, withania root dry extract (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) tit. 2.5% withanolides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; griffonia seeds dry extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] tit. 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan, hawthorn flowers and leaves dry extract [Crataegus monogyna Jacq. et Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.] tit. 1% total flavonoids, lemon balm leaves dry extract (Melissa officinalis L.) tit. 2% rosmarinic acid, zinc gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), melatonin.
