NOVANIGHT has a specific composition based on:
- melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and helps alleviate the effects of jet lag;
- griffonia: rich in tryptophan, precursor of melatonin and serotonin, it helps relaxation and mental well-being, contributing to the quality of sleep;
- magnesium: helps reduce tiredness upon waking and fatigue.
Ingredients
Sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose, acesulfame K; magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan, maltodextrin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (Dc.) Baill.] seeds es tit. 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan; thickeners: acacia gum, xanthan gum; flavourings; acidity regulator: citric acid; melatonin; colouring: chlorophyllin-copper complex.

How to use
1 single-dose sachet per day to be taken as needed, in the evening before going to bed.
NOVANIGHT can be placed directly on the tongue without water, or it can be dissolved in a cup of hot or cold water and sweetened to taste.
