Food supplement with the TriNOVA COMPLEX combination, studied on the three phases of sleep, which contains:
- melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep;
- California poppy and lemon balm extracts (100% plant-based): help reduce night-time awakenings;
- passionflower extract (100% plant origin): promotes sleep quality.
Thanks to NOVANIGHT's new technology, melatonin is released more quickly, within the first 15 minutes of taking it.

Passion flower dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L. - aerial parts); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose; lemon balm dry extract (Melissa officinalis L. - leaves); bulking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum; glazing agent: polyvinyl alcohol; California poppy dry extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham. - aerial parts); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; glazing agent: polyethylene glycol; colouring plant extract (spirulina), melatonin; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); colourings: carminic acid/carmine, vegetable carbon.

How to use
Adults: 1 tablet per day to be taken as needed, shortly before going to sleep.
The beneficial effect of melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained with 1 mg before bedtime.
