Description
Food supplement in capsules based on dry extracts, standardized and titrated, of valerian, griffonia, eschscholzia, passionflower, lemon balm, linden. With melatonin and vitamin B12.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Valerian, griffonia and Californian poppy promote sleep.
Passionflower, lemon balm and lime blossom promote relaxation in case of stress.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es D/E 12:1 titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acid, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] es D/E 6:1 titrated at 20% in 5-HTP, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) herb es D/E 6:1 titrated at 0.2% in alkaloids expressed as protopine, bulking agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb es D/E 5:1 titrated at 2% in flavonoids, bulking agent: cellulose; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves es D/E 5:1 titrated at 2.5% in rosmarinic acid, lime (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) flowers es D/E 10:1 titrated at 1% in anhydrous rutin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking one capsule of the product containing 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
