Description
Powder preparation, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Suitable for all types of high quality sweet puff pastry, it has an elasticity as if it were a glutinous product, the difference between the classic Oro sfoglia dolce mix is that it does not contain glutenized wheat starch.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, teff flour, quinoa flour, sugar; vegetable fibers: psyllium, carob, bamboo; pea flour, buckwheat flour; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt, enzymes.
May contain traces of soy , nuts ( almonds , pistachios ), eggs , lactose-free milk , sesame seeds and lupin .
Gluten free.
