Description
Food supplement based on microencapsulated iron, vitamin C, copper, folic acid, vitamin B12.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Together with folic acid, vitamin C and vitamin B12, it also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
In particular, vitamin C is useful for increasing the absorption of iron while copper contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body.
Finally, vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Ingredients
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); bulking agent: cellulose; iron (microencapsulated ferric saccharate, calcium alginate), copper gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably in the morning.
