Food supplement of 100% pure melatonin, griffonia and lemon balm extracts, vitamin B6.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Griffonia and lemon balm support normal mood and promote relaxation and mental well-being. Finally, melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to use
10 drops (1 mg of melatonin) on an empty stomach shortly before going to bed, from birth, increaseable up to 20/30 drops.
