Directions for use
For proper use of the product, take 2 scoops daily in one or two separate servings. Dissolve in 150 ml of water, juice, milk, or other cold beverages, or add to yogurt, centrifuged drinks, or fresh or frozen fruit smoothies. One pack lasts 15 days.
Take the product after 3:00 PM; to support muscle mass gain after a workout, take the product within 30 minutes of finishing physical activity.
