Dual action food supplement, suitable for prolonged use. Contains a formula of plant extracts (sage, maca, valerian, lemon balm, rhodiola), vitamins and minerals.
Sage helps relieve hot flashes and night sweats.
Rhodiola promotes normal mood.
Melissa, valerian and passionflower promote sleep and relaxation, while vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Maca has a tonic action and helps combat physical and mental tiredness.

How to use
