Description
Food supplement based on ALFAMAG, feverfew extract, vitamins B1 and B2; useful for providing an additional amount of these ingredients to the daily diet. Vitamins B1, B2 and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system; magnesium and vitamin B1 also contribute to normal psychological function, while vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Feverfew helps to counteract localized states of tension.
Ingredients
ALFAMAG: magnesium citrate, alpha lipoic acid; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; feverfew herb with flowers es [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip.] tit. 0.5% parthenolides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets per day, to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.
