Indicated in the treatment of respiratory tract conditions characterized by dense and viscous hypersecretion: acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis and its exacerbations, pulmonary emphysema, mucoviscidosis, bronchiectasis, rhinosinusitis, mediosecretory otitis.
How to use
Sterile solution which can be:
- Nebulized with aerosol devices to be inhaled in order to reach the bronchial district.
- Instilled directly for washing the nasal and ear cavities.
- Instilled endobronchially via permanent tubes, bronchoscope, etc.
Components
N-acetylcysteine (300 mg), Sodium chloride (150 mg).
Excipients: sodium hydroxide, sodium edetate, water for injections.
